How many users can we have?

As many as you like! We’d recommend no more than 50 users per group to keep the conversation going and keep the email readable, but you can also have as many groups as you like too!

How can I change my template?

It’s simple with our design editor. Check out our “Introducing your team to Wundamail” blog post which includes how to change your template here" .

What will happen if we need more than 14 days to evaluate Wundamail?

Just send us an email to let us know you need a little more time and we will be happy to assist. We are happy to extend your trial period if you require it.

What happens when my 14 day trial period is up?

Your card will be charged for the number of users that you have in Wundamail. You can cancel your subscription any time before the 14 days is up and you will not be charged a thing. It's totally pay-as-you-go.

How do I get out of my Wundamail Contract?

What contract? At Wundamail we don’t do contracts so if you’d like to stop using Wundamail you can do so at any time by going into your settings on your account.

How can I pay?

Pay online with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express, processed securely through Stripe on an SSL protected page. You automatically get emailed an invoice each time your subscription is renewed.
